The 2nd International Congress on Sustainable Energy and Related Technologies (ICSET 2026) takes place from August 31 to September 4, 2026, in Palermo, Italy. Bringing together international energy leaders, researchers, and industrial stakeholders, the congress addresses key solutions for the clean energy transition, balancing energy security with climate targets.

Programme Breakdown

Monday, August 31: Registration Desk Opens & Welcome Cocktail at NH Palermo Hotel (18:00–20:00).

Tuesday, September 1: Opening Ceremony & Plenary Talks at Teatro Stabile al Massimo, followed by afternoon sessions on Advanced Battery Materials and the IAGE Italy Round Table.

Wednesday, September 2: Tracks on Water Electrolysis, Energy Storage Technologies, and the GRIPHUS Project, concluding with the evening Poster Session & Wine Tasting at the Botanical Garden (18:30–21:00).

Thursday, September 3: Sessions covering RISEnergy European Research Infrastructures, Thermal Storage, CO₂ Conversion, Keynote on EERA JP ES, Fuel Cells, and Ammonia Carriers, followed by the Gala Dinner at Palazzo Francavilla (20:30).

Friday, September 4: Final technical tracks, Best Student Award, Closing Ceremony (12:45–13:00), and an optional cultural tour at Tenuta Sallier de La Tour.
