The EERA Joint Programme on Energy Storage (JP ES) is pleased to announce that the 2026 Call for Applications for our official Mobility Scheme (supporting collaborative exchange activities within our research community) is officially open!

We encourage all interested applicants to prepare their proposals in advance and take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to cross-pollinate ideas and expand regional networks.

Funding Focus & Priority

Applications focusing on Hybridization approaches for Energy Storage will be given funding priority under the Mobility Scheme.

Exactly one (1) project will be selected to receive a complete funding package of up to €5,000.

Timeline & Key Dates

How to Participate & Requirements

• Submission Process: Applicants must complete the official application form and submit it directly to the Exchange Coordinator before the closing deadline.
• Formal Agreement: Successful applicants will sign a formal agreement with their chosen host organisation before starting their collaborative exchange.
• Post-Exchange Deliverables: Upon completion of the exchange, participants are required to deliver a summary report of their activities (which will be anonymized and published on our website) and, if required, present their findings to the JP ES Steering Committee.
